Strengths Excellent accessibility from East & south Delhi and Greater Noida. Grade-’A’ IT & Corporate buildings with top notch companies operating form here. Close proximity to Delhi via DND  & Mayur Vihar makes it more accessible. Excellent public transport connectivity. Has good connectivity to East Delhi, Ghaziabad, Noida. Mixture of ‘A & B’ Grade Developments and a heavily populated residential area around. Developed transportation facilities. A well established Industrial Hub with good connectivity within Noida making it a prominent location.
Weaknesses Lack of adequate local transport, which is improving. Lack of A Grade buildings. Most buildings uptill  now were of old construction  and region was primarily industrial. Slightly away from the central area of Noida and being on the one corner of Noida makes it less accessible to the other parts of Noida and South Delhi. A residential hub in itself makes it less comfortable for any corporate outside the industrial ambit. Moreover the industrial structures and few B and C grade  buildings makes it a difficult choice for renowned corporates.
Opportunities Due to its connectivity from South & East Delhi as well as with Greater Noida & other cities via the Taj corridor, this is becoming a prominent business hub in the near future. Lot of residential developments adding to its credibility. Lot of good new buildings have come up. The profile of companies operating from this area has been improving over the period. Lot of new commercial projects shall add to the opportunity for many corporate. Approved metro in the next two years is a major opportunity for this sector. This place has already been a choice of top corporate occupants. Good local transportation makes it more attractive to the corporates. If the Budget is the main constraint to select a location/property, this can be a location. Metro already approved shall come in 2 years.
Threats Absence of enough commercial market place. Traffic needs to be improved. Lack of parking in most buildings is a problem. It may be a difficult choice for any corporate wherein maximum employee strength is coming from South Delhi and wanting to use public transport currently. The Industrial surroundings and the congested by lanes may be a tough choice for any corporate for a long term presence.
